Job Title: Legal Counsel

Job Summary:

The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing expert legal advice, ensuring corporate compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and safeguarding the organization’s legal interests.

This role supports business operations by drafting contracts, managing legal risks, and representing the company in legal matters where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions to ensure legality, appropriateness, and safety
• Ensure compliance with UAE MOH regulations and pharmacy laws
• Maintain proper storage and handling of medications as per guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders when necessary
• Keep accurate patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Handle insurance claims and billing processes (if applicable)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
